At ChandeliersLife, we want your home to shine perfectly, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any lighting fixture that does not meet your expectations. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unassembled, resalable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the chandelier in its original box with all protective padding, crystals, and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the fixture for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
