We use specialized double-walled packaging and custom foam inserts for every order. High-value crystal components are often packed in separate protective sleeves to prevent scratching or breakage during transit.
What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the delicate nature of our products, standard ground shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Are light bulbs included with my purchase?
To allow you to choose your preferred color temperature and brightness level, bulbs are generally not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and must not have been installed or had their wires cut to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer professional installation services?
ChandeliersLife provides the high-quality fixture, but we do not provide direct installation. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician to ensure your new chandelier is safely and properly mounted.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our lighting fixtures come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components under normal residential use.
